In this blog post, we invite you to discover and savor some uniquely Nebraska themed cocktail that embody the spirit and flavor of the same. The Big Red Martini

Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add 2 ounces cherry vodka, 2 ounces cranberry juice, 1 ounce lime juice and one ounce simple syrup. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Strain ingredients into chilled martini glass. Garnish with limes as desired.
The Big Red Martini pays tribute to Nebraska’s passion for Husker football with its vibrant red color and bold flavor.
The Cornhusker Collins

Add 2 ounces Nebraska corn whiskey, 2 ounces lemon juice, and 2 ounces simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Strain ingredients into Collins glass filled with ice. Top off with 2 ounces club soda. Garnish with lemon as desired.
The Cornhusker Collins is a refreshing and tangy cocktail that pay homage to Nebraska’s agricultural roots while offering a delightful mix of flavors.
The Husker Hurricane

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 ounces spiced rum, 2 ounces passion fruit juice, 2 ounces orange juice, 2 ounces lime juice and 1 ounce grenadine. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Strain ingredients into Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with oranges as desired.
The Husker Hurricane is a tropical concoction that brings a splash of vibrant flavor to any celebration or gathering.
The Omaha Old Fashioned

In an old fashioned glass, muddle sugar cube and cherry bitters together. Add a splash of water and stir until sugar has dissolved. Fill the glass with ice and pour in the bourbon. Stir well.
This classic cocktail with a Nebraska twist (Nebraska harvests their cherry crops in July and August, just saying), is perfect for those who appreciate a strong and sophisticated drink.
The Sandhills Sunset

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 ounces vodka, 2 ounces cranberry juice, 1 ounce pineapple juice and 1 ounce orange juice. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Strain ingredients into cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime as desired.
