Creamy Cadillac Recipe

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 ounces Galliano, 2 ounces White Chocolate Liqueur and 2 ounces heavy cream. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted.
Strain ingredients into cocktail glass filled with ice. It tastes as smooth as riding in a Cadillac without traffic!
Detroit Old Fashioned Recipe

Place sugar cube in cocktail glass. Add 3-4 dashes of bitters. Muddle until sugar cube has broken down and mixed in with the bitters. Add 2 ounces of bourbon and stir well. Add 2 ounces of Vernors ginger ale and stir not so well.
Vernor’s ginger ale was created in 1866 by a Detroit pharmacist, James Vernor. So, of course I had to use Vernor’s ginger ale. It is just what the doctor ordered!
Pentwater Beach Cocktail Recipe

Add 2 ounces vodka, 2 ounces peach schnapps and 1 ounce blue curacao to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted.
Strain ingredients into Collins glass filled with ice. Top off with cranberry juice and enjoy that blue. The Beach is calling, and I highly recommend listening to what it has to say!
Wolvertini Martini Recipe

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 ounces blue curacao, 2 ounces pineapple juice and 2 ounces whipped cream vodka. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted.
Strain ingredients into chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon as desired.
The Wolvertini is a winner in the cocktail game, and the U of M knows a thing ot two about winning. The University of Michigan football team has the most wins in college football history.
