Stretching nearly 3,000 feet in length, the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge is a marvel of modern engineering, designed to accommodate both pedestrians and cyclists. As you step onto the bridge, you’re transported into a world where the boundaries between states blur and the river no longer divides, connecting Nebraska and Iowa in a seamless transition.

While walking or cycling along the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge, you’ll be greeted by the gentle breeze whistling through the cables and the soothing sound of water flowing below. The bridge also serves as a vibrant hub for recreational activities, hosting events like yoga classes, art installations, and even the occasional outdoor concert. You all knew I had to share at least 1 bridge! Who else loves bridges?!
