Hello and welcome to my Best Hawaii Themed Cocktails blog post. Read on to discover a tasty Blue Hawaiian, a Green Hawaiian and more. There is coconut rum. Dark rum. Light rum. Pineapple juice. And so many more tasty ingredients to explore Hawaiian style!
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 ounces coconut rum, 2 ounces pineapple juice and 2 ounces blue curacao. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Strain ingredients into cocktail glass filled with ice. Reminds me of the blue waters of Hawaii, with a bit of a kick!
Add 1 ounce melon liqueur, 1 ounce coconut rum, 1 ounce pineapple juice and 1 ounce sweet & sour mix to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Strain ingredients into cocktail glass filled with ice. Top off with club soda. This cocktail is tasty, refreshing and a great way to celebrate Papakōlea. Papakōlea is the official name for Hawaii’s green sand beach, one of only four green sand beaches in the world.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 ounces vodka, 2 ounces pineapple juice and 2 ounces orange juice. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Strain ingredients into chilled martini glass. Pour 1 ounce grenadine to create sunset. You don’t have to get your toes sandy to enjoy a Hawaiian Sunset! Cheers to sunsets in a glass!
Add 2 ounces dark rum, 2 ounces light rum, 2 ounces Cointreau, 1 ounce lime juice and 1 ounce orgeat syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Strain ingredients into cocktail glass filled with ice. Some recipes state to not add the dark rum to the cocktail shaker but rather float it on top of the other ingredients once they are added to the cocktail glass. To float or not to float, that is the question.
