Rock City Gardens – Georgia

Rock City Gardens is located on Lookout Mountain in Lookout, Georgia. The attraction opened for visitors in May 1932 and has been going strong ever since. The Gardens offers something for everyone. Click here to find your next adventure.
Lover’s Leap claims that you can see seven different states from its lookout area on the mountain. The fact that you can see seven states might depend on the day’s visibility and if you count seeing other state’s Mountain Tops as seeing other states. I’ll let you decide.
Seasonal Shows and Activities hosted by the Gardens include: Birds of Prey Bird Show, Shamrock City, Southern Blooms Festival, Summer Music Weekends and many more.
Cloudland Canyon State Park – Georgia
Cloudland Canyon State Park is located on the western part of Lookout Mountain. The Park boasts it is one of the largest and most scenic areas in the state of Georgia. Here you can explore and discover canyons and cliffs and caves and more. Hiking and mountain biking trails are here for you and your next adventure. The Park offers short trails, moderate trails and strenuous trails depending on your ability and motivation.
Hiking and biking not your cup of tea? The Park also offers disc golf, fishing, horseback riding and places for picnics. Too many adventures to complete in one day? Guests can camp overnight, or stay in comfortable cottages and yurts. There are plenty of options for extending your adventure. Click here to learn more and start planning your next vacation or getaway.

Atlanta Botanical Garden – Georgia

The Atlanta Botanical Garden sits on 30 acres near Piedmont Park and Midtown Atlanta. It is hard to believe so much natural beauty can be found so close to the city.
This isn’t your average botanical garden. Every year and every season there is a little something different. Garden Exhibitions have included: TREEmendous TREEhouses, Chihuly, Niki de Saint Phalle, Plants larger than Life and many more.
During the winter the Garden shares a holiday light show. Amazing light displays can be seen throughout the Park during Garden Lights, Holiday Nights. The number of lights used and visitors to the Garden increase every year. Can’t wait to see what next year will share! Explore what’s in store here.
Driftwood Beach – Georgia
Driftwood Beach is located near the North end of Jekyll Island. The Beach will amaze you with the beautiful driftwood and trees that resemble a scene from another world. These gnarled and weathered trees are left behind from years of erosion and has been called the Graveyard of Trees.
The Beach is a short walk from the pier on the north end of Jekyll Island and extends from Clam Creek Picnic Area to the Villas By The Sea Resort. Photos do not do this area justice. Twisted sculptures, exposed trees and a sense of time standing still. Driftwood Beach is something to experience. Start planning your trip.
