Fill goblet with ice. Add 2 ounces champagne, 2 ounces Aperol and 2 ounces club soda. Stir well. Add orange garnish as desired. Please drink responsibly.
A light cocktail, not too tart and not too sweet. An Aperol Spritzer is a great way to enjoy a summer sunset. It is my go to when ending a great summer day!
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 ounces lemonade, 2 ounces light rum, 2 ounces coconut rum and 2 ounces orange juice. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Add 1 ounce blue curaçao to cocktail glass filled with ice. Strain cocktail ingredients slowly into same cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon or orange wedge as desired. Please drink responsibly.
Summer time wouldn’t be summertime without beach adventures. Be sure to take this Mermaid Water cocktail with you. The pirates will thank you for it. Mermaid kisses and seashell wishes!
Sex on the Beach
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce Chambord, 2 ounces orange juice, 2 ounces vodka and 1 ounce peach liqueur. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Add orange garnish as desired. Please drink responsibly.
I thought about changing the name of this infamous (I plead the fifth) summer cocktail since I did change up some of its ingredients. But, it’s memories of Huntington Beach, Hermosa Beach, Santa Monica Pier and more. It is more than the ingredients. So cheers to change and making things your own!
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce lemon juice, 2 ounces tequila, 2 ounces Cointreau and 3 ounce strawberry lemonade. Garnish with lemon wedge as desired. Please drink responsibly.
The Summerita cocktail is for the lemonade lover that wants a bit of a kick with it. You can stay salty and be refreshed all with the same cocktail. Life is better in flip flops!
Summer Sweet Tea
Fill Collins glass with ice. Add 1 ounce lemon juice, 2 ounces sweet tea vodka and 4 ounces club soda. Stir well. Add lemon garnish as desired. Please drink responsibly.
The vodka to club soda ratio can be adjusted as need for hot summer nights or if you are feeling a bit beachy!
