Galaxy Traveler
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce vodka, 1 ounce peppermint schnapps, 1 ounce tequila, 1 ounce gin, 1 ounce light rum and 1 ounce Galliano.
2. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Strain ingredients into martini glass. Garnish with lemons as desired.

Rocket Fuel
1. Fill cocktail glass with ice. Add 1 ounce orange juice, 1 ounce triple sec, 1 ounce dark rum and 1 ounce gin.
2. Layer 1 ounce 151 rum over spoon. Light on fire as desired and garnish with oranges.
3. Sit down. Strap in. Hold on. Blast Off! Amazing space themed cocktail with or without setting it on fire. I do recommend the fire though, even if you put it out quickly after taking the photo. 🔥
Mind Meld
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce triple sec, 1 ounce peach schnapps, 1 ounce light rum, 1 ounce dark rum, 1 ounce cranberry juice and 1 ounce pineapple juice.
2. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Strain ingredients into cocktail glass filled with ice.
3. The melding of amazing ingredients makes for one tasty cocktail. Featuring space themed cocktails without showcasing Star Trek would be unacceptable and illogical. 🖖🏻
Aurora Polaris
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 1/2 ounce pineapple juice, 1 1/2 ounce whipped cream, 1 ounce Midori and 1 ounce coconut rum.
2. Cover and shake until shaker becomes frosty and most of the ice has melted. Strain ingredients into cocktail glass filled with ice.
3. Oohs and ahhs are often heard while watching the northern lights. They can also be heard as well after tasting this delicious, creamy, green layered cocktail. đź’š
